PVcase UAB Senior Product Manager Ground Mount Core

**Job description** As a Product Manager in the Ground Mount Core team, you will be responsible for the success of the company's flagship product. The Product Manager will partner with the members of the product trio and the development team to accelerate the transition to green energy by providing our customers with software that helps design high performing and economical photovoltaic (PV) power plants. Collaborate cross-functionally to define and then execute the product strategy for the Ground Mount Core product. Own and drive business metrics related to the product. Proactively set measurable product outcomes connected to the business strategy. Validate customer problems through qualitative quantitative analysis methods. Continuously engage with users to learn and validate new opportunities that align with product goals. Manage and over communicate the roadmap to internal stakeholders. Create and drive execution of the go-to-market strategy to grow adoption of the product. Work closely with the product team on the delivery and execution. Be the voice and the advocate for the Core product across the organization.

**Job requirements**

  • 5 years working as a Product Manager
  • Experience working with B2B digital products
  • Prior experience with the solar industry is a big plus
  • Strong track record of building high-quality products that effectively service the needs of both customers and the business
  • Comfortable engaging in detailed conversations about strategy and product design with both non-technical and technical audiences
  • Can prioritize competing user and business needs and articulate a clear rationale for this prioritization back to affected stakeholders
  • Enjoy working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders including partnerships, marketing, and developer relations
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English (C2)
  • Experience working with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Eagerness and persistence to onboard to technical domain expertise

**Salary Range** Starting at €84,000 gross/year (final offer will depend on your competencies, expectations, and performance in the hiring process)

**Location** Remote work option available, while focusing on building presence in Vilnius, Kaunas, Berlin, Madrid, Barcelona, and London.
