Job Description
from the post office open and sort mail and distribute accordingly Mail Approval Check for approvals process invoices with appropriate documentation and coding Key Results Approval from department managers Application of appropriate expense codes B Accounts Payable Objective Process and enter accounts payable invoices and credit card charges into accounting software accurately and timely Why this matters Accuracy ensures financial reporting is correct and timely payments Key Results Invoice processing in a timely manner with minimal errors Validating and approving credit card charges C Build Vendor Relationships Objective Work with vendors to resolve any billing discrepancies and payment issues Why this matters Building strong relationships with vendors can lead to better terms and resolve issues more efficiently Key Results Timely resolution of any discrepancies with vendors D Reporting Objective Provide reports and documentation as requested for financial analysis and audit preparation Why this matters Accurate reporting is crucial for decision-making and audit compliance Key Results Monthly reports provided to the Controller as requested Annual audit preparation assistance E Other Duties Objective Work on special projects with the accounting team as assigned Why this matters Flexibility and willingness to assist with various tasks contribute to the overall success of the team Key Results Completion of projects on time with attention to detail REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education High school diploma or equivalent required Experience 1 2 years of accounts payable experience preferred Skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information SALARY AND BENEFITS This position pays $23 28 per hour depending on experience and skill sets POSITION SUMMARY The Marketing Coordinator at Archway Communities will be responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of various marketing initiatives campaigns and materials The Marketing Coordinator will support the Director of Marketing in developing engaging content for digital and print platforms as well as coordinating marketing events and outreach efforts ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS A Content Creation Objective Work with the Director of Marketing to develop engaging content for various platforms Why this matters Compelling content helps drive engagement and awareness of Archway Communities Key Results Creation of social media posts blog articles website content and other materials as needed B Event Coordination Objective Assist with planning coordinating and executing marketing events Why this matters Events provide an opportunity to engage with the community and promote Archway Communities Key Results Successful planning and execution of events including coordination with vendors and partners C Marketing Collateral Objective Create and update marketing materials and collateral as needed Why this matters Consistent branding and messaging across materials reinforces the Archway Communities brand Key Results Design and update brochures flyers posters and other promotional items D Digital Marketing Objective Help manage social media platforms and digital marketing efforts Why this matters A strong online presence is essential for reaching and engaging with a wider audience Key Results Regular posting and engagement on social media monitoring of digital marketing metrics and performance E Analytics and Reporting Objective Track and measure the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns Why this matters Data-driven insights help optimize marketing strategies for better results Key Results Regular reporting on key performance indicators KPIs and campaign analytics F Other Duties Objective Work on additional marketing projects as assigned by the Director of Marketing Why this matters Flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks contribute to the success of the marketing team Key Results Completion of projects on time and according to specifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor s degree in marketing communications or related field preferred Experience 1 2 years of marketing experience preferred Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members SALARY AND BENEFITS The pay range for this role is $50 000 to $60 000 per year depending on experience and skill sets Archway is proud to
