LFA Fellow

Caroline Westberg co-runs the Sustainable Transition Hub at IE University, working at the intersection of circular entrepreneurship and climate innovation. Growing up in New Hampshire, she developed an early, concrete sense of how climate change affects the landscapes people live in: and that grounding has shaped where she's chosen to build her career.

Her work focuses on building the ecosystems that climate entrepreneurs need: communities, frameworks, and institutional support that help founders move from idea to impact.

Through LFA, Caroline found both the technical foundation for understanding climate solutions and a community of practitioners she's continued to work alongside.

Caroline is doing the ecosystem-building work that rarely gets credited but determines whether individual climate ventures can find each other and grow.
