He joined the Terra.do LFA program in 2022 while transitioning from management consulting to climate work. The fellowship gave him a clearer view of the challenge, expanded his understanding of impactful solutions, and connected him to a professional network focused on climate action.
André came to this work with two decades of experience scaling product and engineering teams globally. The first half of his career focused on business growth and product launch. The second is focused on making decarbonizing buildings tractable for the people who actually live and work in them.
