Description

**Position Description:** X Energy LLC is seeking a Test Engineer responsible for the planning, development, and execution of test activities. The employee will coordinate with system engineers to identify required testing, plan the necessary test programs, and communicate results throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Work with system engineers to identify testing needs, develop test plans, specifications, and provide oversight of test activities
• Develop test facility design requirements for integrated system testing of key systems by synthesizing applicable system design requirements
• Engage with vendors to provide technical oversight of testing scope including prototyping, mockups, and factory acceptance testing
• Provide general oversight of internal and external testing activities to verify the technical and programmatic completeness of testing performed
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Minimum Education Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Nuclear Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Ten plus years of experience working in a Test Engineering position or related field
• Experience in the nuclear industry is preferred
