- Provide technical leadership, expertise, and support on issues related to rule of law, access to justice, human rights, and other assigned component areas.
- Develop methodologies and approaches to support linkages between the formal and informal justice system in Guinea, improve access to legal aid, and enhance citizens' understanding of their legal rights.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of program activities aimed at promoting legal awareness and empowering marginalized communities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to field staff and partners, ensuring effective implementation of program activities and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government institutions, civil society organizations, and community leaders, to identify needs and develop strategies for advancing justice and human rights.
- Support monitoring and evaluation efforts to track program progress and measure impact.
