Your Role:

• Responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the team
• Develop and coach team members
• Organize and coordinate smooth operations
• Ensure processing of messages exchanged with market partners
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficient processes, develop solutions for optimization
• Collaborate closely with management to understand company goals
• Conduct KPI measurements independently to evaluate performance and efficiency

Your Skills:

• Completed degree or equivalent qualification
• Demonstrable leadership experience
• Previous experience in the energy market is advantageous
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Passion for green topics and contributing to the energy transition
• Fluent in English
