Job Description

Enpal is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, select, evaluate, and hire candidates for our company positions. We are seeking someone with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify team needs and selection criteria
• Create and implement comprehensive selection processes to offer a positive candidate experience
• Source candidates through online channels like LinkedIn and other professional networks
• Write job descriptions and interview questions reflecting each position's requirements
• Evaluate resumes, portfolios, and references to create a list of suitable candidates
• Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pool

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruiting using various interview techniques and assessment methods
• Proficiency in using social media, CV databases, and professional networks
• Experience with LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive candidate search
• Ability to document processes and stay updated on industry trends
• Excellent relationship and communication skills
• Fluent in Italian
