**Job Description:** Apex Clean Energy is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a temporary position to focus on the growth of our organization. The primary responsibility for this role will be talent acquisition. You will lead the full life cycle recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to determine job requirements, source candidates, screen applicants, manage candidate communications, and forecast hiring needs. You will also focus on diversity measures and promoting our employee value proposition externally through various recruitment channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive talent acquisition experience, including managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously and attracting top candidates for each role, preferably in the renewable energy industry.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

• Manage full life cycle recruitment efforts, including candidate experience and partnering with hiring teams.
• Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
• Source potential candidates through various platforms.
• Manage hiring processes via Applicant Tracking System.
• Build diversity programs to support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
• Assist in developing strategic university and community partnerships.
• Evaluate applications, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
• Prepare hiring forecasts and document processes.
• Develop hiring strategies in line with industry trends.
• Conduct employee onboarding and promote HR programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 2-4 years of talent acquisition experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience in the renewable energy industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
