National Grid Ventures is looking for a Senior Surveyor / Surveyor to lead the delivery of new infrastructure projects within our Customer Connections team. This role will help facilitate The Great Grid Upgrade - the largest overhaul of the electricity grid in generations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver all land rights and acquisitions for infrastructure projects
• Implement National Grid Lands Rights Strategy
• Report on program key milestones, risks, and financial management
• Manage stakeholder requirements and procurement of external resources

Requirements:

• Experience in delivering land activities for infrastructure projects
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory parameters, statutory powers, and consenting regimes
• Willingness to develop expert witness expertise and relevant qualifications

Benefits:

• Competitive salary between £50,000 - £63,000 dependent on capability
• Market supplement of £3,000 per annum
