Job Purpose

As a Senior Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our residential, commercial, and fleet EV installation contractors who deliver projects related to our EV incentive programs. The main responsibilities will be to grow the number of contractors participating in our programs, increase the number of quality projects submitted, and thereby increase customer participation in our EV program to support our program goals. You will also design and deliver training, outreach, and awareness deliverables that support contractors, developers, dealerships, and OEMs.

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate with installation contractors to support their participation in our EV incentive programs
• Educate and inform contractors of system requirements, provide training, and conduct information sessions
• Develop strategies to increase contractor awareness and participation in our programs
• Implement educational sessions, outreach activities, and connect with stakeholders regarding EV incentives
• Stay up to date with policy changes related to managed charging
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program implementation
• Enhance channel and outreach strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, and program managers
• Explore innovative solutions to improve program effectiveness

Qualifications

• Degree in program or product delivery
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in program management, technical sales, or project implementation
• Experience working with contractors and stakeholders
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and handle multiple assignments and deadlines
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on action and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, AI, and CRMs
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make recommendations based on technical and financial information
• Knowledge or experience in electric vehicles, energy efficiency, energy regulation, utility operations, or clean energy programs
