**YOUR OPPORTUNITY** Attention Senior Environmental Consultants looking to advance their career and help grow our Environmental Services for our Energy Clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We are seeking Leaders to provide strategic leadership to our clients, collaborate with our staff on projects, and actively pursue new opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships. Daily tasks include developing proposals, mentoring staff, driving quality and health and safety programs, and offering regulatory expertise to deliver to our clients. **Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide technical and thought leadership on environmental challenges for energy projects
  • Lead teams in data collection, wetland delineations, habitat characterizations, land use mapping, and other natural resource surveys
  • Prepare permits applications, SPCC/DPCC plans, and various environmental permits
  • Develop proposal strategies and collaborate with teams on proposals
  • Partner with design teams for successful project delivery
  • Lead business development with new and existing clients
  • Deliver high-quality service on client projects
  • Communicate effectively with clients, regulators, and the public
  • Recruit, mentor, and support staff development
  • Drive growth of Key Energy Accounts

**Qualifications, Capabilities, and Credentials**

  • Demonstrated ability in business development and revenue growth
  • Successful leadership of diverse project teams, particularly in energy projects
  • Experience with environmental permitting in New Jersey and Pennsylvania
  • Ability to review project work quantities, costs, and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to work independently and in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Working relationships with Energy Utilities
  • Experience in growing key accounts
  • Minimum 10 years of experience

*Education and Experience:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Geology, or related field (Graduate degree preferred)
