Recruiting Coordinator at Crusoe

Crusoe is looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting process by assisting with scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining our applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule interviews and phone screens.
• Communicate with candidates and provide them with necessary information.
• Assist with updating and maintaining the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruiting process.
• Participate in recruiting events and activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Previous recruiting or HR experience is preferred.
