We are seeking an experienced Projects Coordinator to join our team. If you possess the following experience and abilities, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Creating Contracts
• Setting Up Work in Key 2 Act
• Writing Purchase Orders
• Customer Introductory Emails
• Updating and Maintaining Projects Schedule
• Handling COIs and W9s
• Projects Billing and Follow-Up For Payment

Requirements:

• Microsoft Suite
• Google Sheet & Docs
• Well Organized and Detail-Oriented
• AIA Billing Experience
• Prevailing Wage Billing
• High-Level Communication Skills
• Data Entry
• Comfortable with Construction Mechanical Atmosphere
• Salesforce experience is a plus but not required
• Notary Public is a plus but not required

Other Details:

• **Hours:** Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with 1-hour lunch time (TBD)
• **Salary:** Determined on Experience ($55k - $65k)
