**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our Learning Development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects related to learning and development initiatives. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of various learning programs within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for learning and development initiatives
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful implementation
• Monitor and track project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop learning materials and resources
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, instructional design, business)
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within a learning and development environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with learning technologies and instructional design principles
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
