Job Description
Product Manager (all genders) at meteocontrol GmbH
Your Mission:
- Develop new products for our cloud offering based on market and customer requirements and business cases created by you
- Create and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with other product managers, designers, and the development team, and accompany the implementation in an agile development environment
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of international market trends, customer requirements in the industry, and new technologies
- Maintain constant contact with our global sales team and customers worldwide
- Understand customer needs and develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and other departments
- Provide monthly reporting of key metrics to highlight the performance of the products and features under your responsibility
Your Profile:
- Over 3 years of experience in product management, ideally in a comparable field
- Strong interest and experience in monitoring PV battery systems and the PV industry
- Ability to use quantitative metrics, KPIs, and qualitative user feedback data for product prioritization, analysis, and interpretation
- Understanding of agile software development
- Good German and English language skills
- Strong communication skills, also via virtual channels
- Presentation skills for internal and external product promotion
- Ideally experience with Microsoft tools such as MS365 Teams, PowerBI, Youtrack, and Confluence
