**About Redwood Materials:** Redwood Materials was founded in 2017 to create a circular supply chain for electric vehicles and clean energy products, making them more sustainable and driving down the cost for batteries. We're doing this by developing and deploying new technologies to increase the scope and scale of recycled and sustainable materials in the global battery supply chain.

**Product Management Intern Co-op:** We are seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Product Management intern or co-op with a passion for learning, creative problem-solving, and collaboration in a fast-growing dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by deep diving into Redwood's Battery Services businesses.

**Responsibilities may include:**

• Evaluating costs, assessing value, and analyzing pricing strategies to optimize profitability while ensuring exceptional service delivery to Redwood clients.
• Collaborating with various teams and departments within the business to support research and projects related to refining, recycling, and copper foil.
• Improving databases and creating dashboards.
• Manipulating data to create direct feedback and quantified impacts.
• Opportunity to expand experience into areas of interest.

**Desired Qualifications:**

• MBA or B.S. student majoring in Finance, Business, Engineering, or Chemistry.
• Prior internship or work experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
• Ability to develop business cases and justify them with an actual executable plan.
• Skilled at manipulating data with tools including Excel, SQL, enterprise and customer relationship management systems, market data sources, etc.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, hands-on mindset with a willingness to contribute at all levels.
• A passion for sustainability and making the world a better place.

**Position Details:**

• Internship Summer 2024: 12 weeks
• Co-op: Ranging from 4-9 months in duration
• Location: Reno, Nevada area
• Full-time position
• Compensation will be commensurate with experience
