Planner Detailed Schedular, DeJong Verpakking by Stora Enso

We are now looking for a Planner Detailed Schedular for DeJong Verpakking by Stora Enso.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

As a Production Planner, you are part of the Supply Planning department and report to the Team Leader Scheduling & Demand. Your main responsibility is to create the production schedule for our corrugated cardboard and processing machines. In this role, the biggest challenge is to plan as efficiently as possible to ensure production speed and minimize waste in time and material. Additionally, you plan the required amount of raw materials based on the production schedule to ensure the perfect box is delivered to our customers.

As a Production Planner, you actively and positively contribute to running the machines as efficiently as possible. You have an affinity for numbers and are a real problem solver when it comes to planning the most optimal combinations. You monitor progress against the schedule and ensure that incoming orders are ready for shipment on time. Of course, you don't do this alone but with an enthusiastic team of colleagues, closely collaborating with the Supply & Demand planners.

Your tasks also include:

• Gathering, organizing, and analyzing orders, production, and inventory information;
• Creating and adjusting the production schedule based on customer orders, considering lead times, available inventory, production capacity, and storage capacity;
• Monitoring production progress, assessing and discussing deviations with the Master Planners;
• Providing planning lists to work preparation and production;
• Providing shortage lists to internal stakeholders;
• Placing orders for the required raw materials and materials from fixed suppliers, considering framework contracts, lead times, and reception hall occupancy.

What we are looking for:

• Completed MBO level 4 education;
• Full-time availability and willingness to work in a 3-shift system;
• Experience as a Production Planner is a plus;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken;
• You have an eye for detail but also see the big picture;
• You are flexible in your work and can easily switch to solve or prevent problems;
• You are stress-resistant, and time pressure is not a problem for you;
• You have good communication skills.
