ZeroAvia is looking for a People Operations Associate to join our team. As a People Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have superb organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate new hire onboarding process and conduct orientation sessions
• Manage benefits administration and assist with employee inquiries
• Support employee relations by addressing concerns and helping to maintain a positive work environment
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR or related field
• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
