The Opportunity

McElhanney is seeking two proven future-focused and innovative leaders with strong business acumen and people leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to align multi-disciplinary operational teams with business objectives.

The successful candidates will each spearhead our operations in either Vancouver and Langley or Surrey locations alongside two other seasoned Operations Leaders and 25 disciplinary leaders within the region. You will lead a team of consulting professionals in an established and mature market while identifying promising new opportunities to build out and develop in terms of expanded service offerings, clients, and geographies.

You will execute strategic objectives and meet Key Performance Indicators across McElhanney’s four cornerstones of People, Communities, Clients, Partners, Processes.
