Job Overview In a demanding and fast-paced environment across a breadth of subjects related to sustainability, the central marketing function is growing and looking for an outstanding Marketing Manager to join the team and support our efforts in engaging with our unique community of business.

Responsibilities and duties

• Leading and implementing member-specific marketing strategies and plans across our membership
• Conceptualizing and executing member engagement and marketing activities with a focus on community management and engagement
• Collaborate cross-divisionally to ensure that the member engagement marketing plans are aligned across WBCSD
• Support the internal engagement and envisioning of all member engagement marketing related activities

**Qualifications Skills and Experience**

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Marketing Communications or related field
• 5 to 7 years of experience preferably from a marketing-focused organization
• Successful track record of deploying successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in online marketing tools and platforms
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a go-getter attitude
• Fluent English is a key requirement
• Ability to work independently and remotely

This full-time position is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and may also require international travel.
