About The Role

We are excited to add a Marketing Specialist to our team. Reporting to the Head of Special Projects and working closely with external agencies and freelancers, you will be responsible for creating demand for Elephant's products. This will involve driving follower growth and engagement across multiple social platforms, as well as event planning and execution. We're looking for someone with experience in developing digital content, growing consumer audiences, and driving leads into a sales funnel.

**Key responsibilities include:**

• Create compelling content across all owned media channels.
• Maintain the content calendar and scheduling using our social media tools.
• Engage with the Elephant Energy customer base and the broader climate curious community.
• Draft, send, and manage emails including newsletters and lead nurture campaigns.
• Collaborate with vendor partners on the creation of assets, ads, videos, and landing pages.
• Manage event calendar and preparations.

About You

• 1-4 years of professional experience in direct-to-consumer marketing.
• Keen awareness of social media trends and platforms.
• Passion for social media and community management.
• Eye for design and familiarity with Photoshop or Figma.
• Ambitious self-starter and a relentless problem solver.
• Excellent writing skills with adaptability for different platforms.
• Passionate about the problem we're trying to solve.

**Nice to Have:**

• Video editing skills.
• Experience working on a distributed team.
• Experience in the home services renovation or construction industry.

Total Compensation

• Annual base salary of $65,000-$85,000.
• Stock options.
