**Legal Counsel CCU CCS (f/m/d) - Location: Munich, Bavaria, Germany**

As a Legal Counsel CCU CCS (f/m/d) at E.ON Energy Projects GmbH, you will provide legal support for the origination, development, and operation of EEP's new CCUS business in Germany and other European countries. Your role will involve drafting and negotiating contracts, managing legal risks, coordinating with various stakeholders, and working with interdisciplinary teams.

**Your Profile**

• German fully qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in project law, preferably in the energy industry or CCUS-related businesses
• Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts in common law and civil law jurisdictions
• Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within international teams
• Proficiency in German and English languages
