Your Responsibilities

• Participation in the development of power electronics for electric vehicles, focusing on electric drive systems from A-sample to series production
• Creation of HW requirements and HW architecture derived from system requirements
• Further development of a platform or modular solution for inverters in alignment with the overall product strategy
• Contribution to interdisciplinary feature teams for functional development
• Collaboration and knowledge exchange with universities and research institutions
• Technology scouting, continuous monitoring of trends and changes
• Optimization of interfaces with neighboring teams, departments, and process partners
• Participation in verification and validation activities

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar field with a focus on power electronics
• Several years of professional experience in drive systems for electric vehicles
• Assertiveness, entrepreneurial thinking, good communication and delegation skills
• High level of commitment, strong sense of responsibility, and technical expertise
• Experience in requirements management and Automotive SPICE is desirable
