Senior Data Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to support business decisions
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Develop and present data-driven reports to management and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
