• To follow specific instructions from the Site Manager and his deputy at all times.
• To ensure that prior to commencement of shift the areas surrounding the feeder belt and picking platform are free from foreign objects and debris.
• To work on the picking line and pick off recyclable materials as per company or site objectives and targets.
• To offer support to the other operatives as and when required.
• To support the Site Foreman as and when required by him.
• To clean down your working area at the end of each shift.

**Health and Safety**

• To follow all Health and Safety guidelines and instructions at all times.
• Ensure that you are correctly attired with PPE at all times.
• To communicate immediately any hazards which you identify to the Site Manager.
• Always remember you are legally responsible for any actions which may put yourself or your colleagues at risk.
