**Position Summary**

The General Clerk II performs clerical office work such as document processing, record-keeping, and report compilation requiring simple analysis, use of individual judgment, and working knowledge of procedures.

**Core Responsibilities and Tasks:**

• Receives, classifies, consolidates, and/or summarizes documents and information.
• Maintains records of documents processed.
• Compiles various regular reports in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Occasionally contacts customers, suppliers, or organization employees outside the immediate work area to exchange information.

**Position Requirements**

**Formal Education:** Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent.

**Knowledge/Experience:** Preferred 1-2 years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge.
