THE ROLE

We are now looking for a proactive, energetic Finance Assistant to be part of our small, friendly Finance team and support all aspects of finance administration. Initially a 7-month fixed-term contract, this role has a lot of scope to grow and develop with the business with an eventual possibility of a permanent contract. You will work closely with our Financial Control Specialist and support our Financial Controller and CFO, making it a great opportunity to get exposure to all things finance and develop on the job.

**YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY:**

• Organization of incoming invoices
• Preparation and processing of payments
• Reconciliation of accounts and statements
• Order processing and purchasing
• Acting as the first point of contact for all payment inquiries
• Managing all financial incoming inquiries and invoices
• Filing and record keeping
• General day-to-day administration

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You may have recently graduated with some relevant work experience or already have 2-3 years of experience in finance and/or administration. You are fluent in English (spoken and written) and have some basics of Dutch (A2). You possess solid organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. You are proactive, adaptable, and have a can-do attitude. You thrive in a busy environment and can multitask. You live in the Netherlands within commuting distance to Amsterdam.
