Director Leadership and Talent Development at Crusoe

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Leadership and Talent Development to join our team at Crusoe. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership and talent development programs to help drive the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement leadership and talent development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Identify training needs and create development programs to build leadership capabilities at all levels of the organization
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and make continuous improvements
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for talent development initiatives
• Provide coaching and mentorship to current and future leaders to support their growth and development
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in leadership development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership and talent development roles
• Proven track record of designing and delivering successful leadership development programs
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
