As a heat transition advisor, you have a passion for sustainability. Within the heat platform, we write transition and energy visions and concrete implementation plans. The heat transition is in full swing, and we are contributing by installing heat networks, developing neighborhood implementation plans, and providing process guidance.

**What you will do:**

• Provide expertise and guidance in developing heat issues
• Shape, guide, develop, and evaluate policies
• Identify opportunities for collaboration with network operators and government agencies
• Mentor and share knowledge with starting advisors in their professional development towards becoming advisors in the field of heat supply sustainability

Qualifications

As a heat transition advisor, you excel in passion. You always strive to give your best at work. There is ample room for ambitious ideas, and you bring them to the table. Your work and commercial skills allow you to build the team, guide team members, and aid in their development.

**Other important requirements:**

• Completed a relevant educational program, preferably in a construction-related field
• At least two years of experience in the heat transition, with policy advisory and formation experience (e.g., with network operators or government)
• Knowledge of current legislation and regulations, such as the Heat Act and Mining Act
• Able to navigate and adjust flexibly and tactically in the ever-changing world of energy transition
