Responsibilities

• Communicates with employees and managers regarding timekeeping discrepancies and finding resolutions
• Reviews payroll entries, monitors reports for errors, and ensures that the payroll process runs smoothly
• Generates, analyzes timekeeping reports, identifies trends, and recommends process improvements
• Works with Human Resources, Payroll, and other departments to ensure accurate and efficient timekeeping processes
• Helps employees resolve issues with entering time and gathers feedback regarding issues within the UKG portal

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Demonstrated ability to perform essential office functions
• Experience working in timekeeping systems, UKG preferred
• Previous experience working with employees on timekeeping resolutions
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
• Experience with timekeeping in larger organizations or with union contracts
