• Academic learning at DHBW Mosbach in a 3-month rotation with direct practical application
• Comprehensive business knowledge with a holistic view of economic, ecological, and social aspects of corporate goals and implementation
• Practical experience in areas such as sustainability, procurement, controlling, sales, and human resources
• Participation in cross-departmental sustainability projects
• Bachelor of Science degree upon completion

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Microsoft Office skills
• Interest in combining economic and sustainability topics with planning and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn, reliability, motivation, and ambition
• Proficiency in English
