**Position Specific Description:**
- Basic understanding in the following areas:
- Operating Systems (e.g., Linux, Unix, MacOS, Windows, etc.)
- Active Directory
- Database (e.g., SQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Web Applications (e.g., Websphere, Liberty, Tomcat)
- Content Management (Documentum or alternate Enterprise Document Management system)
- Six Sigma and/or Agile methodologies
- Scripting languages (e.g., Docbasic, XML, Shell, Powershell, etc.)
- Disaster Recovery processes and objectives
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Provide system administration and support for EMC OpenText Enterprise Content Management and all its Applications
- Support for all Nuclear sites and act as the primary technical lead for all Documentum related infrastructure and operational support
- Monitor and oversee Corporate and Nuclear Documentum hardware and software assets
- Storage and immutable retention storage
- Plan, deploy, and support upgrades in the areas of any Documentum integrations (e.g., SAP financial systems or additional Business Units including Nuclear Systems)
- Plan all Documentum hardware and software lifecycles, end of life, and OS or Application patching for all Content Management Applications
- Provide internal operational support and cross-functional support to other Business units, Engineers, Vendors, and End Users
- Work closely with Cyber Security teams to maintain compliance and hardening of any Systems and/or Applications
- Participate in all Documentum projects and/or Documentum related projects by assisting PMs, Project leads, Technical leads, and vendors
- Assist company-wide divestitures by providing Documentum support as required
- Plan 3-5 year road map for all Documentum applications and their future state
- Participate in yearly Disaster Recovery scenarios to maintain a good business continuity plan
- Attend local review boards for Change Management as requested
**Job Overview:**
This position installs, configures, and maintains computing infrastructure, operating systems, and middleware products on all computer platforms including mainframes, workstations, and servers, including web servers in support of 24-hour per day, seven-day per week business processes.
**Job Duties/Responsibilities:**
- Evaluates, implements, and modifies operating system software parameters and product solutions for optimum performance
- Identifies integration and other interface requirements for all supported products and platforms
- Serves as a technical escalation point for technicians and customers
- Troubleshoots hardware system and application issues
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
**Required Qualifications:**
- High School Grad/GED
- Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 4 years
