Job Description
Regional Property Manager
Regional Property Manager
Do you want to oversee the delivery of top-notch facilities management services over a diverse portfolio of nuclear and non-nuclear sites? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Property Manager to join the EDF family.
The Opportunity
Step into our Regional Property Manager role where your industry expertise will be key in ensuring the seamless compliance and assurance of EDF's Facilities Management Service deliverables. You'll bring our services to life meticulously aligning them with our policies, procedures, and high standards of safety across your portfolio of sites and contracted services.
Pay, benefits, and culture
Alongside a competitive salary and a market-leading pension scheme, we offer a range of flexible benefits to support our people across all aspects of their lives. Your rewards package includes a choice of benefits such as electric vehicle leasing, enhanced parental leave, health insurance discounts, and employee pricing. Flexible working means you can work from home if you wish, and we'll provide a suite of IT equipment to ensure that you can work remotely comfortably and effectively.
What our team members say
"I've been employed by EDF for just over 6 months and I'm thoroughly enjoying the role. It is diverse, rewarding, and great to be part of a supportive and dynamic team. I've been a homeworker for 6 years now and it's allowed me to have a better work-life balance. I see family more than I did when working in the office."
Who you are
Demonstrable experience in the management and assurance of cleaning, catering, security, and M&E services is essential, together with an understanding of operational teams and activities and structures. Professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and the ability to influence others beyond your direct control are key. Having Project Management skills with the ability to successfully complete sometimes large projects would be advantageous. You'll be able to work flexibly and travel to your portfolio of sites and others across the UK where required.
Closing date for applications

Location
