**About the role:** In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of Procure to Pay Systems Interfaces and delivering process improvements within the end-to-end Supply Chain process (e.g., Accounts Payable, Master Data, Procurement, Inventory Management, etc).

**What you'll do:**

• Provide leadership and oversight in monitoring the health of National Grid's ERP system related to Procure to Pay.
• Extract data and analyze information from multiple systems to support and optimize departmental goals, operational improvements, and streamline processes.
• Work with the management team to support the development and implementation of the Supply Chain Process.
• Assist in supporting projects to increase digital transactions, enhance usability, improve compliance, and create efficiencies across the Source to Pay process.
• Organize and facilitate workshops to define issues and develop solutions.
• Maintain controls and monitor data to detect data quality issues related to the Procure to Pay processes.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to share best practices and translate business needs to provide technical advice and build bases of influence.

**What you'll need:**

• A Bachelor's degree in a Business-related area and up to 2-5 years of analytical or business support experience or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced degree credits are preferred.
• Ability to manage projects internally and across the enterprise.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems. SAP Ariba experience preferred, with a focus on Procure to Pay and Supply Chain.
