Named a Time 100 Most Influential Company and Fast Company Brand That Matters, we achieved a fully profitable year in 2022, becoming the first in our industry to reach this milestone.
Lime is hiring an Inventory Control Supervisor to join our Supply Chain team! As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of inventory specialists focusing on their growth and development, develop our inventory programs, will direct and manage all aspects of inventory control, and will collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor and Team Lead(s) on process improvements, Health & Safety, KPIs and reporting to upper management. ### What you'll do:

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements related to inventory. Manage and communicate Sarbanes-Oxley internal control documents as they relate to inventory control within the DC and 3PL facilities. Ensure compliance with ISO9001 requirements. Maintain inventory balances with the goal of understanding and mitigating risks within the Supply Chain such as managing FIFO, serialization, or lot tracking as required.
  • Inventory Management: Develop, maintain, and improve inventory programs to sustain Lime’s goals; ensuring inventory accuracy between WMS, ERP, and 3PL’s, and analyzing inventory performance and proposing continuous improvement initiatives. Work with appropriate individuals, sites, and teams to document & maintain SOPs for processes like inventory adjustments, product returns, transfer orders, receiving process, etc.
  • Create a Quality Control program and processes within the DC and 3PL’s to support increased accuracy, report on vendor compliance, perform root cause analysis for discrepancies and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Partner with external departments to test system enhancements and support all aspects of implementations and training.

About you:

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience within an Inventory Control focused role. Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management best practices, industry standards and compliance.
  • Leverage data analysis to drive decision-making. High proficiency working within an ERP or WMS required (NetSuite or Oracle). Google Sheets expertise is a plus.
  • Certification in Planning and/or Inventory Control and Management is preferred (e.g. CPIM, CSCP).

Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.
