ENGIE Laborelec is a research and expertise center focused on electrical power technology with a team of over 380 employees from different backgrounds. We are part of the ENGIE Group, more particularly the newly created entity called ENGIE Research Innovation. About the team:
The Nuclear Business Line provides high added value activities towards our nuclear clients and also to the other Business Lines of Laborelec. This covers applied research products and technical assistance. It offers, manages, and realizes multidisciplinary projects leveraging the expertise and services from all expert teams of Laborelec and different types of Laboratories.
What you'll be doing:
Your responsibilities as Cluster Manager - nuclear chemistry concrete waste:
- **People Expertise Development:** Promote a culture of feedback and learning, support in personal development and career growth, co-create an annual learning plan.
- **People Wellbeing:** Define and implement actions to improve the employee experience, take care of overall wellbeing with attention to absenteeism and psychosocial risks.
- **Capacity Management:** Guarantee availability and optimal allocation of resources, contribute to productivity, and strategic planning within the Cluster.
- **Performance Management:** Execute the Performance Management process and contribute to the People Expertise Review process.
- **Culture Change:** Act as a culture ambassador, create and implement change programs within the Business Line.
Your profile:
**Experience:** Approximately 2 to 5 years in managing a technical team or willing to learn. **Leadership:** Strong leadership capabilities, ability to develop, inspire, and motivate your team. **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Technical Affinity:** Expertise in Chemistry. **Language Skills:** Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
