Job Description

To extend functional support & guidelines with Project Management Team for effective implementation of EHS Management Systems, Site Safety Rules & Risk Mitigation Measures as per Risk Register during Project execution phase.
To extend functional support with Project Management Team for framing and achievement of site specific EHS, ESMS Objectives & Targets, Good EHS Track Record. To inculcate Safety Culture & Safe Working Practices at all Project Sites with effective implementation of “Behavior Based Safety & Them Based Campaigns”.
To Guide & Drive the Project Site EHS in such a way for ensuring continual improvement & Consistency in EHS Performance.
To Carry out EHS Review Meetings on regular basis with Project EHS Teams to evaluate and monitor the trend of EHS Leading & Lagging Indicators. To maintain record of Consolidated EHS Performance Reports for Project Sites.
To ensure functional support with Site EHS Teams for ensuring compliance to Internal / External Audit Observations, Inspection Memo of Statutory Bodies, Legal & Statutory requirements in stipulated time frame. To Plan & Organize EHS Internal Audits across Project Sites as per Schedule to fulfill IMS requirements.
To ensure maintenance of EHS Documents as per Integrated Management System requirements & Monthly EHS Performance Reports for Project Sites.
To coordinate / support with Project Management for organizing EHS Events / EHS Promotional Activities and Implementation of Rewards / Reprimand.
To ensure availability of Project Specific ERP Document, Risk Register, Legal Register, H&S Plan. To plan and organize Mock Drills across all Project Sites as per Calendar.
To extend functional support with Site EHS Team for ensuring 100% Visible Safety & EHS Orientation for Project Workforce as per EHS Management Systems at all Project Sites.
To make enforcement for 100% Implementation of “Control Measures Mitigation Measures” While executing Project Activities as per IMS Risk Register.
To make Enforcement for getting compliance to “EHS Code of Practice / General Conditions of Contract” by all Sub- Contractors / Vendors / Agencies at Project Sites.
To Coordinate with Project Management Team and establish “First-Aid facilities, Fire Protection Measures & Training facilities” across all Project Sites as per Statutory Requirement.
To Prepare “Root Cause Analysis” for all the Reportable Incidents / Near Miss cases. Plan to circulate “Safety Alerts / Lessons Learned” on regular basis across all Project Sites.
To Identify and Organize In-House Training Programme on Special EHS Topics with External Faculty to enrich the Awareness level, Job knowledge of Employees on Plant Equipment / Construction Machinery.
To ensure compliance with “Corporate TNI Calendar” for Project Workforce under Safety Education & Training. To arrange External Training Programme / Skill Based Trainings on need basis for Project Workforce.
To Coordinate with Project Management for Preparation of Project Specific “Standard Operating Procedures / Formats / Work Instructions.
To coordinate with Project Management for effective implementation of Health & Safety Measures and COVID 19 Management Protocol.
To prepare Project Specific Traffic Management Plan, Muck Management Plan, EHS General Conditions of Contract Document etc., on need basis.
