She came to this role with over a decade of product experience at fast-moving tech companies, including Farfetch and Intercom, where she developed expertise in translating complex technology into solutions that actually solve customer problems.
Reflecting on her LFA experience, Sílvia shares: "I gained a system-view of the climate solutions landscape, which allowed me to understand where I would like to spend my energy. Finding a community of peers I could connect and share thoughts with helped me navigate the transition. Lastly, the course had a lot of moments to stop and think critically — it was not just about getting more information."
Sílvia's move into climate tech wasn't a departure from her product instincts. It was a sharper application of them.
