Get your organization working on climate

Learn core climate principles. Map it to your organization's business objectives. Build a global peer group.

Employees from leading companies learn climate at Terra.do

Why should your organization do this?

This program will accelerate your organization's sustainability journey by upskilling your employees.

Discover a common language

Establish a foundational understanding on which to take decisive, collective action. Whether it’s your own team or other stakeholders you work with, a common framing of the issues & the solutions is key to create alignment.

Develop action plans together

We help you identify key ‘hotspots’ and material issues, set strategic goals and science-based targets for your organization (Net Zero by 2030? Impact measurement for your climate work?), and build the sustainability strategy roadmap so you can best achieve these goals.

Build communities of practice

The landscape of climate change solutions changes daily, with new policies, research, and innovations emerging across sectors all at once. Staying abreast of this helps you make the right choices and stay ahead of the curve.

Our communities of practice are the quickest way to achieve that: learn best practices and get access to experts across sectors and industries who can give you current, practical advice that’s tailored to your situation.

“Terra.do gave me the education and confidence to pursue climate solutions within my current role. The course material, talks, and workshops are relevant and thoughtfully crafted, and I felt genuinely supported by a network of intelligent people from diverse backgrounds.”

“Terra.do’s course material filled in the gaps in my climate knowledge. On most days, Terra.do was the best part of my day, and has inspired me to take tangible climate action. The community they are building is really something special, and I’m looking forward to being a part of it as it grows and evolves.”

Rafael Lizarralde

“I have taken climate courses at Harvard and Yale and through ESG Certifications. Out of all those experiences, this course was the best combination of science-back learning, group work, and tools for action. It was a truly amazing experience that spurred me to start my own company and be more vocal about climate action at my full-time corporate job.”

Frequently asked questions

At the end of the program, Terra.do will issue all participating team members with a digital certificate of completion.

To get the most value out of the program, we recommend allowing 4 hours per week. Most of this time is flexible, self-paced study which can be easily fitted around your schedule. If this sounds like too much, our Learning for Action program may not be the best fit for your team.

This program is delivered in parallel with the “Climate Change: Learning for Action Program” which covers the basics of climate science, climate impacts, key solutions areas (including energy, food and farming, and carbon removal), adaptation, and accelerants of these solutions (including economics, finance, corporate climate action, and politics).

Our enterprise offering also includes:

  • Mastermind sessions with experts from the Terra.do network to help you identify, workshop, and address key impact and solution areas for your team or organization
  • A dedicated lab group led by an expert facilitator to help you identify and realize your team’s collective climate goals
  • A custom track of deliverables for your team designed to help your team move toward and deliver its goals
