Jamie Wolfe is Gigafactory Launch Director at Northvolt North America, leading operational readiness for Canada's flagship battery facility while supporting strategic initiatives across five factories globally. Her scope spans transformational crisis management, supply chain development, and executive proxy leadership. She came to this role with over 15 years of leadership experience in EVs, aerospace, and manufacturing: including a critical stint in Sweden as Interim Director of Operational Excellence, helping steer Northvolt through a demanding period of organizational change.

"I truly believe people work for people. Either we want to make a change to impact our community, our kids or just work in a great team each day. I try to make a positive impact every day on my peers, on our team here at Northvolt and I also want to be a great role model for my son in the work I do, how I do it and what I work on. At the heart of every hard thing we need to, I ground myself in my whys."

Reflecting on her LFA experience, Jamie shares: "Terra.do gave me a systems-level view of the climate challenge that I couldn't get from industry alone. The Fellowship helped me see the full landscape of solutions — where batteries fit, where they don't, and where the hard problems still are. That context makes me better at my job."

Jamie is doing the operational work that makes a clean energy future physically real, managing the complexity of building gigafactory infrastructure from the ground up, at a moment when getting this right matters enormously.
