The race for power is accelerating. Data centers, manufacturing, electrification, and renewables are driving new electricity demand at a time when the U.S. grid is already constrained by congestion, interconnection delays, aging infrastructure, and slow transmission buildout.


But while the need for grid investment is enormous, the biggest infrastructure problems don't necessarily make the best opportunities for innovation or venture investment.
