The Race for Power: Why Grid Tech Is Harder Than It Looks

The race for power is accelerating. Data centers, manufacturing, electrification, and renewables are driving new electricity demand at a time when the U.S. grid is already constrained by congestion, interconnection delays, aging infrastructure, and slow transmission buildout.


But while the need for grid investment is enormous, the biggest infrastructure problems don't necessarily make the best opportunities for innovation or venture investment.


In this session, Terra.do alum, Michael Lam, will share findings from his recent 39-page deep dive into the U.S. grid and explore:
