About the event
How does a seasoned tech leader transition into climate impact?
Join us for a compelling conversation with Colleen Mirabello, who spent two decades in SaaS before pivoting into climate action through Terra.do’s Learning for Action program. Now the Senior Manager of Data and Impact at All In Energy, Colleen applies her expertise in data and technology to drive equitable access to clean energy.
We’ll explore her journey from web development to electrification, the challenges and rewards of career transitions, and the role of data in shaping effective climate solutions.
About The Speaker:
Colleen Mirabello has a degree in Computer Science and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. She worked for 20 years at a small Boston-based SaaS company as a web developer, Director of Engineering, and eventual Chief Technology Officer. In 2021 she left that job to take a much-needed break and a year later completed Terra.do's Learning for Action program, following it up with their 4-week career course.
With a new interest in building electrification, she found a job as Senior Manager of Data and Impact at a local non-profit, All In Energy, which aims to make the green energy economy more inclusive through diverse hiring practices and outreach aimed at traditionally underserved populations.
Colleen works within her team and with external partners such as Mass Save and the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center to track customer data and determine the effectiveness of various engagement strategies.
