EU Regulatory Landscape 2026 Update

The EU sustainability regulatory landscape has entered a new phase. With the Omnibus provisional agreement in place, companies now have more clarity on scope, sequencing, and expectations. At the same time, responsibility and enforcement remain firmly on the agenda.

In this webinar, we cut through the noise to explain what the Omnibus really changes, what is now settled, and where companies still need to prepare for further evolution.

You will gain a clear overview of how CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, CSDDD, CBAM, and EUDR fit together post Omnibus. We will focus on what this means in practice for organizations preparing sustainability reporting and disclosures in 2026.

What you will learn:

  • What is now settled under the Omnibus. And what is still evolving
  • How CSRD scope, ESRS requirements, and timelines look going into 2026
  • Practical implications for data, governance, and internal ownership
  • How to avoid over compliance, under compliance, and last minute rework
  • What systems and processes companies should prioritize now to stay audit ready and adaptable

This session is designed for sustainability, finance, risk, compliance, and ESG leaders who want to move from interpretation to execution with confidence.

Join us for a practical and structured discussion, plus live Q&A.
