The Caglia Family has provided solid waste and recycling services to the San Joaquin Valley and the Fresno area for over 80 years. Orange Avenue Disposal began in 1941 and has expanded over the years to Cedar Avenue Recycling Transfer Station (CARTS), Industrial Waste & Salvage (IWS), and Red Rock Environmental Group in Madera County. CARTS provides solid waste and recycling services and is dedicated to a “green” central San Joaquin Valley. CARTS is a transfer facility: a place where waste materials are delivered and sorted, with all recyclable materials removed and re-purposed. CARTS is also the leading recycler and processor of construction and demolition material. CARTS accepts used asphalt and clean concrete for free, which is processed for saleable state spec road base, economy road base and asphalt grindings. CARTS represents the next generation of solid waste and recycling facilities with a goal of 75% recycling of all refuse materials collected. CARTS also works with other local partners processing organic materials such as food waste, in order to make gas for power at the City of Fresno Digester facility. IWS provides efficient collection and recycling of residential and commercial refuse materials, including construction and demolition materials. The IWS fleet of trucks performs curbside pickup of containers, with delivery and pickup of roll-off bins and dumpsters. IWS also has frontload boxes, roll off containers and compactors of various sizes to suit different needs. Redrock Environmental Group is the exclusive service provider for solid waste and recycling services in the unincorporated areas of Madera County below 1000 feet in elevation. We service all residential, commercial, and industrial customers in those areas. Careers at Caglia Environmental: https://cagliaenvironmental.isolvedhire.com/jobs/
