The Company’s segments include Towers and Weldments segment, Gearing segment and Services segment. The Towers and Weldments segment specializes in the production of wind turbine towers. The Company engineer, build and remanufacture precision gears and gearing systems for wind, oil and gas, mining and other industrial applications. The Company offers a range of services primarily to wind farm developers and operators. In April 2013, the Company sold its idle tower plant in Brandon, SD.
