As part of Terra.do’s Learning Team, you will assist our Director of Operations to implement processes/systems that ensure our educational offerings run smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

As an early stage startup, we expect all Terra roles will evolve and grow over time. That said, here are some key responsibilities you will be tasked with:

  • Assist in overall program management, including creating and managing timelines for new course launches

  • Manage relationships with course creators and other stakeholders

  • Create web pages for new Terra courses and other ad-hoc operations tasks

  • Manage fellow and course creator onboarding

  • Assist with marketing efforts, including coordinating webinars

  • Occasionally co-host an online webinar or similar event


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced and often evolving environment--folks with consulting, startup or similar backgrounds will fit very well

  • Very detailed-oriented with an eye for logistical minutiae

  • Great interpersonal and communications skills

  • Capable of generating and using relevant data to guide decisions

  • Comfort using and learning new technology; tech-savvy and eager to adopt new tools

  • An understanding of and ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds

  • Available to do a couple of hours of work/meetings later in the day to overlap with US time zones (rarely anything beyond 11pm); that also means you have a lot of flexibility in choosing when you work during the day

  • Consistent access to high-speed internet


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of and/or training in climate change/sustainability/climate action

  • Experience in an startup environment

  • Experience coordinating programs and tracking program success


Location

  • India - We are a global and remote-first team. That said, we are prioritizing folks in India for this position.
