Our client is a prestigious Global Investment Bank with a strong track record in delivering financial advisory and investment solutions across various sectors. They are seeking to hire a Vice President (VP) of Project Finance to join their team and oversee complex, large-scale infrastructure and energy-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the structuring and execution of project finance transactions, ensuring efficient financing for large infrastructure and energy projects.
• Manage relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Provide expert advice on risk allocation, financial structuring, and investment strategies for major projects.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and professional development.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Extensive experience in project finance, with a deep understanding of financial modeling, credit analysis, and risk assessment.
• Proven track record in successfully structuring and executing large-scale, complex financing deals (within infrastructure, energy, or renewable energy).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Advanced technical skills in financial analysis, structuring, and due diligence processes.
