They are seeking to hire a Vice President (VP) of Project Finance to join their team and oversee complex, large-scale infrastructure and energy-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the structuring and execution of project finance transactions, ensuring efficient financing for large infrastructure and energy projects.
• Manage relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Provide expert advice on risk allocation, financial structuring, and investment strategies for major projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
