Sustainability and Data Analytics Intern

ITR Concession Co LLC is seeking a Sustainability and Data Analytics Intern to assist with sustainability initiatives, including carbon emissions reduction and data management. The role involves reporting to the Corporate Sustainability Lead and requires proficiency in Excel and data validation. The position is remote but requires in-person attendance for orientation and is expected to last 12 weeks, totaling 120 hours.

Summary:

This role will be instrumental in assisting with all of ITRCC Sustainability activities including but not limited to programs related to carbon and greenhouse emissions reduction efforts.

Relationships:
• This role reports to the Corporate Sustainability Lead.

Responsibilities:
• Performs all tasks safely, complies with all internal and external safety requirements, supports ITRCC safety culture, attends all safety trainings and completes all compliance trainings as required by ITRCC.
• Uphold ITRCC’s core values: Community, Actions, Reliability, Excellence and Safety (CARES).
• Helps to manages carbon reporting program including allows tracking of current progress on carbon reduction goals and targets for all of ITRCC.
• Support the 2025 data collection process to ensure accurate and timely completion of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) questionnaire.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to prepare and submit sustainability disclosures.
• Assist with data management, validation, and reporting activities to advance ITRCC’s sustainability objectives.
• Assist the Corporate Sustainability Lead across the function in all other sustainability projects and initiatives.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: (required)
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Excel and data validation processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with the GHG Protocol is a plus.

Desirable Experience
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
